The built-in version of our popular Traditional Argentinian Parilla Grill is designed to drop into your benchtop. The Firebox is suspended and needs no fixings. Just prepare a 800mm x 500mm hole and our system simply drops straight in. The Parilla grill assembly bolts straight onto the firebox. Couldn’t be easier! The Gaucho BBQ Grills Traditional Parilla Grill features a 20cm wide brassero for preparing embers over which the slow cooking is done. Made to exacting quality standards from 304 stainless steel throughout.
