Inspired by the Argentinian Parilla grill, our uniquely designed two tier grill system effectively doubles the cooking area of your Gaucho BBQ Grill. Use the upper grill for the first phase of your cook off, then crank it up, insert the bottom grills and continue with phase two. Made entirely of 304 grade stainless, forget about corrosion and enjoy long lasting performance year after year. The anti-flare V-shaped grill escorts fat away from the charcoal into a hidden, removable drip tray. The V-grill is also reversable if you need an inverted V for a hot sear. What’s more, the upper and lower grills are interchangeable so you can freely swap them around or mix and match. Each grill tier is made of three grill sections that can be removed and placed in the dishwasher.
The built in version is designed to drop into your bench top. Simply prepare a hole 800mm x 500mm. The Gaucho Built-In grill simply drops into the hole and is suspended from the bench. No need for adhesives. We do recommend adding supporting for the 20mm bench stone if the distance to the nearest support exceeds 100mm.
