Our newest and funkiest model, the Split Parilla Grill features two independent side by side grills with a shared brassero in the centre. Measuring a spacious 1.4m wide and 50cm deep, there’s no shortage of space to work with here. The standalone version comes with a heavy duty trolley and locking castors to give you the flexibility to more the whole system around at ease. The refractory brick lined firebox keeps the heat where it belongs. The Split Parilla grill assembly bolts straight onto the firebox. Couldn’t be easier! The Gaucho BBQ Grills Split Parilla Grill features a 30cm wide centrally located brassero for preparing embers over which the slow cooking is done. Made to exacting quality standards from 304 stainless steel throughout.
What’s more, if you want to use your Split Parilla Grill as a rotisserie it couldn’t be simpler. The entire grill assembly can be removed in 30 seconds and replaced with two upright posts that host the clamp-on 30kg rated rotisserie system.
