Description
For an uncluttered rotisserie, add an additional set of side posts to your Gaucho BBQ Grill. The entire grill apparatus is removed by loosening four bolts, then replaced with two clean side posts for mounting the rotisserie set up. This is especially useful when using your Gaucho BBQ Grill for a whole beast where you need maximum clearance around the carcass.
